Where could I find the firmware file for the serial module TLA7S08 or TLA7S16?

The firmware file for the acquisition module usually located under the folder C:\Program Files\TLA 700\Firmware.  However, the serial module is different.  The firmware file is included in the PCI Express support package download.  You could download the support package at software download  at http://www2.tek.com/cmswpt/swfinder.lotr?&lc=EN&va=1 and type in the keyword for TLA7S16 or TLA7S08.
