How can I locate the MAC address of the TLA7016?

If you know the IP address of the TLA7016, you could try to following commands in the DOS prompt to look up the MAC address.

c:\ ping <TLA7016 ip address>

c:\arp -a
and you will see MAC address of TLA7016

If you do not know the IP address of the TLA7016. There should be 4 preset static IP for the TLA7016 from the factory default.

Here are the preset static IP:
169.254.0.19
169.254.0.20
192.168.0.19
192.168.0.20

You could connect the TLA7016 directly to the PC to use one of these 4 preset IP address instead of DHCP.
