DSA8300

Dank dem intrinsischen Jitter von unter 100 fs, der eine äußerst genaue Gerätecharakterisierung ermöglicht, bietet die DSA8300-Serie umfassende Unterstützung für optische Kommunikationsstandards , Zeitbereichsreflektometrie und S-Parameter. Das Digital-Sampling-Oszilloskop DSA8300 ist eine vollständige Hochgeschwindigkeitsprüfplattform für physikalische Schichten, die sich für die Datenkommunikation von 155 Mbit/s bis 400G PAM4 eignet.

Signalmessgenauigkeit des elektrischen Moduls:

  • Extrem niedriger System-Jitter (< 100 fs, typisch)
  • > 70 GHz
Der intrinsische Jitter < 100 fs ermöglicht die Charakterisierung von Geräten mit hoher Bitrate (40 und 100 (4x25) Gbit/s), bei denen normalerweise < 5 % des Bitintervalls des Signals vom Testgerät aufgenommen werden. Die Bandbreite von 70 GHz ermöglicht die volle Charakterisierung von Signalen mit hoher Bitrate (5. Oberwelle bei Datenraten von 28 Gbit/s und 3. Oberwelle bei Datenraten > 45 Gbit/s).
Branchenweit niedrigster Systemrauschpegel bei allen Bandbreiten:

  • 600 µV max (450 µV typ.) bei 60 GHz
  • 380 µV max (280 µV typ.) bei 30 GHz
Minimiert das Geräterauschen bei der Erfassung von Signalen mit hoher Bitrate und niedriger Amplitude, um zusätzliches Rauschen zu verhindern, das sich in zusätzlichem Jitter und Augenschließen äußern kann.
Simultane Erfassung von bis zu 6 Kanälen bei < 100 fs Jitter in einem einzelnen Einschubgerät. Aufgrund der hohen Güte der von mehreren differenziellen Kanälen erfassten Signale ist eine Prüfung auf kanalübergreifende Störungen möglich. Zudem verbessert sich der Prüfdurchsatz bei Systemen mit mehreren seriellen Hochgeschwindigkeitskanälen.
Optische Module ermöglichen optische Konformitätsprüfungen aller Standartraten von 155-Mbit/s- bis 100-Gbit/s-(4x25)-Ethernet. Bietet ein kosteneffektives und vielseitiges optisches Testsystem für optische Single- und Multimode-Standards von 155-Mbit/s- (OC3/STM1) bis 40-Gbit/s- (SONET/SDH und 40GBase Ethernet) und 100-Gbit/s-Ethernet (100GBase-SR4, -LR4 und ER4) bei 850, 1.310 und 1.550 nm.
Herausragende Durchsatzerfassung mit maximaler Abtastrate bis 300 kS/s. Verkürzung der Produktions- oder Gerätecharakterisierungsprüfung um das Vierfache mit herausragendem Systemdurchsatz.
Sampler können direkt neben dem Prüfling platziert werden. Remote-Samplingköpfe minimieren Einbußen der Signalqualität durch Kabel und Vorrichtungen zwischen dem Prüfling und den Geräten und erleichtern das Ausbetten von Prüfsystemen.
Unabhängiger Versatzausgleich in kalibrierten Kanälen. Der integrierte Versatzausgleich kalibrierter Kanäle in Zwei-Kanal-Modulen verbessert die Signalgüte bei Mehrkanalmessungen, da der Versatz vermieden wird.
