Die in seriellen Hochgeschwindigkeitsstandards verwendeten Differenzsignale erfordern eine äußerst genaue Charakterisierung. Die branchenführende Bandbreite und Signalgüte der Niederspannungsdifferentialtastköpfe von Tektronix stellen sicher, dass Sie jedes auch noch so kleine Detail sehen. Dank der TriMode™-Architektur von Tektronix lassen sich mit nur einer Verbindung differentielle, unsymmetrische und Gleichtaktmessungen durchführen.
