BERTScope CR

Die Taktrückgewinnung BERTScope CR-Serie verfügt über eine moderne Architektur, mit der der PLL-Frequenzgang von 100 kHz bis 12 MHz gemessen und angezeigt werden kann. Derzeit verfügen keine anderen Geräte für Jitter-Tests auf dem Markt über eine derart große Bandbreite des Phasenregelkreises. Es sind die ersten Taktrückgewinnungsgeräte, die eine vollständige Kontrolle aller Parameter ermöglichen, einschließlich Bandbreite des Phasenregelkreises, Spitzenlast/Dämpfung und Frequenzabfall.

Datenrate bis 28,6 Gbit/s Kontinuierliche Datenratenabdeckung für E/A-Schnittstellen der nächsten Generation, einschließlich PCIe 3.0, 10GBASE-KR, 16xFC, CEI-25G und CEI-28G sowie 100GBASE-LR-4 und 100GBASE-ER-4

Frequenzgangkorrektur des Eingangssignals bei der Taktrückgewinnung Taktrückgewinnung bei hohen ISI-Signalen ohne Auswirkung auf den geprüften Datenstrom. Möglichkeit für weitere Analysen auf Basis des zurückgewonnen Takts, einschließlich sauberer Augendiagramme („clean eye“), der Anwendung von FIR-Filtern auf Signale und BER-Tests
Messung der Flankendichte Ermöglicht sofortige Bestimmung der Markierungsdichte des Prüflings.
Jitter-Spektralanalyse und frequenzabhängige integrierte Jitter-Messungen Anzeige von frequenzabhängigem Jitter von 200 Hz bis 90 MHz und cursorbasierte Messungen der Amplitude und Frequenz von Jitter-Spitzen; Frequenzabhängige integrierte Jitter-Messungen für PCIe 2.0-Konformitätsprüfungen.
Optionale PLL-Bandbreite von 24 MHz Erfüllt die JTF-Bandbreitenanforderungen von USB 3.0, 6 G SATA und PCIe der 3. Generation.
Umfassende Anzahl an Takt(rückgewinnungs)ausgängen mit niedrigerer Rate Häufig erforderlich für den Referenztakt von Geräten
