Bitfehlerraten-Tester BERTScope® der BSA-Serie

Durch die Verbindung von Augendiagrammanalyse und BER-Bitmuster-Erzeugung sind Sie in der Lage, die Bitfehlerrate schneller, präziser und gründlicher zu erkennen. Mit den Bitfehlerraten-Testern der BERTScope-Serie können Sie auf einfache Weise problematische Bit- und Mustersequenzen isolieren und mit Hilfe von 7 erweiterten Fehleranalysetypen detaillierter analysieren. Auf diese Weise erreichen Sie eine bisher unerreichte statistische Messtiefe.

Merkmale

Vorteile

Bitmuster-Erzeugung und Fehleranalyse, BER-Hochgeschwindigkeitsmessungen bis 28,6 Gbit/s. Die Kombination aus Störungsmodulation und Erzeugung plus Analyse von Signalen in einem Gerät ermöglicht die BER-Konformitätsprüfung des Empfängers für heutige Kommunikationsstandards der dritten Generation (seriell und 100G) wie etwa IEEE802.3ba, OIF-CEI oder 32GFC.
Integrierter Stressgenerator zur Konformitätsprüfung hinsichtlich der Empfindlichkeit belasteter Augen (Stressed Eye Sensitivity, SRS) und der Jitter-Toleranz. Die Datenrate, die Belastung und das Datenmuster eines Prüfsignals können bei laufendem System und voneinander unabhängig geändert werden. Dies ermöglicht vielfältige Signalveränderungen zum Prüfen der Chipsatz- bzw. Systemempfindlichkeit.
Integrierte, BER-korrelierte Augendiagrammanalyse mit Pass/Fehler-Masken für PCI Express, USB, SATA und andere Kommunikationsstandards. Verbessert die Fehlersuche deutlich stärker als andere BERTs durch Bereitstellung eines vertrauten Augendiagramms der Testergebnisse für den Vergleich mit einer standardisierten Maske.
Fehlersuche und BER-Konturanalyse bei PRBS 31 und anderen digitalen Signalen bis 28,6 Gbit/s. Schnelle Einsicht in die Signalintegrität hinsichtlich BER. Fehlersuche für detaillierte BER-Bitmuster-Empfindlichkeiten zur Beschleunigung der Identifikation deterministischer bzw. zufälliger BER-Fehler.
Die optionale Jitter-Zuordnung ermöglicht schnelle Jitter-Zerlegung und präzise Kalibrierung von Lastsignalen am Eingang des Prüflings. Schnelle, effektive Methode zur Ermittlung der Jitter-Zusammensetzung langer PRBS31-Bitmuster mithilfe von Triangulation. Grafische Darstellung für noch gründlichere aber dennoch leichter verständliche Jitter-Analyse.
Ein optionaler digitaler Pre-Emphasis-Prozessor ermöglicht benutzergesteuerte Pre-Emphasis für vom Bitmuster-Generator gelieferte Daten. Prüfungen mit Signalen, die mit Standards wie OIF-CEI3.0, InfiniBand EDR, PCI Express, 10GBASE-KR, SATA, 40GBASE-KR4, 100GBASE-CAUI konform sind.
Optionale Taktrückgewinnungseinheiten ermöglichen die Taktrückgewinnung bis zu 28,6 Gbit/s. Ermöglicht Konformitätstests und präzise Augendiagrammanalyse für serielle Hochgeschwindigkeits- und Kommunikationssystemstandards.
